How do you want your house to be?

I'd live in a nice condo / sexy penthouse / or simply a house (not too big, not too small). I wouldn't wanna live in a mansion like my uncle even if I'd be super rich. I wish not to live in an appartment for life either... Only for savings and also when I'll be waiting for a new available house, yes... Tongue

So... if you were my roommate, you'd know that:
I often make my room messed up (laziness) but surprisingly, whenever I wanna clean the room and change the atmosphere, people think I'm very amazing in design (for home)...
I like to make my place look very clean, shiny, new, high-tech, organized...
I wanna make it look simply "sexy"... Tongue

I may try to make my place look "black&white" (with metallic)... You can google search for examples, I find them sexy...
As for the lights, I don't know yet whether I should make them sexy, romantic, beautiful or normal... Depends on my roommate or girlfriend or wife haha... I wouldn't want "normal"... hehe...

With huge LCD screen (65 inches) equipped with home cinema systems... High tech chairs and stuff... The following actually exists from a friend of my cousin in Toronto ---> Just press a button on a remote controller and the whole room's lighting gets darker and the giant LCD screen comes down (out from the ceiling), the sofas, tables and objects are moved and adjusted for 4 gamers (and the sofa for others are behind), and the PS3 starts...

Aaaanyway... I want everything black and white, if possible... Even the kitchen... White fridge, black oven, white table with black chairs, etc...

Since I grew up having a bit of weird "habits" from living with my uncle, I'd have a little stockroom full of all sort of drinks, chips, cereals, etc... It's automatically in me... My friends call it "a library of paradise"... Some others think it's a small drugstore... I can't live without such thing...

I'd make a nice garden if I feel like it...

Optional:
A huge swimming pool.
If I live in a house, I may put a sauna room connected with a bathroom (including showers and jacuzzi)... The sauna room should be with a giant glass window to see outside (I hope to have a nice view). Nice during winter too...
Otherwise, if I don't have enough space, sauna cabinet... HAHA...
